Horses can teach us much about ourselves if we stop and listen with our whole being.
When we stop, we live in the moment . We don't need anything else.
Caroline and Naomi will lead the day and help you gently explore your relationship with the horses and countryside around you.

Dates for Mindfulness with The Caspian Horses: 11th October 2017.
The day begins at 10am and finishes at 3pm. Please dress for the outside and wear footwear that is sturdy and covers your toes. Bring along a packed lunch and a bottle of water if you wish. We will provide refreshments throughout the day.
